Welcome to our website
Located on the beautiful North East Coast of England, the Coast Video Club has been running for 12 years, currently with a membership of 19, meeting every Thursday evening 7pm until 9:30pm in North Shields, Tyne & Wear. Our annual subscription is £30
plus £1 for tea and biscuits every visit.
Our varied programme ranges from guest speakers, video competitions, seeing and reviewing films made by other clubs through exchange of films.
Alternate Thursdays are workshop evenings when members exchange tips on editing techniques on the use of computer and Avio machine editing.
We are a friendly group and and always welcome new members. Come along as a guest for a few evenings and see what we do and if it is for you, you will be welcome to join. We encourage all film makers from the absolute beginners to the more experienced.
Our club is a member of the IAC - the Film & Video Institute and in the Northern Region (NERIAC).
We are based in Thompson Hall, Wallington Avenue, Marden Estate, Cullercoats, North Shields, NE30 3QB.
